In Human Design, the 4/6 Profile is known as The Opportunist / Role Model. This is a combination that weaves together warmth, wisdom and evolution.

The 4th Line carries the energy of connection, community and relational influence. Your success and fulfillment are born through the trust you build with others.

  1. Sit upright, hands resting over your heart.
  2. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your chest expand.
  3. Exhale slowly through your mouth, imagining cords of obligation dissolving.
  4. With each breath, affirm: I connect through authenticity, not attachment.
