Hello & Welcome!
I believe the most powerful work you will ever do is not what you build. It is becoming clear enough about who you actually are to build it differently.
That clarity lives at the intersection of two things most people are told to keep separate: the intelligence of the body and the architecture of the business. My work brings them together — because in practice, they have never actually been separate.
I’m glad you’re here!

MY PHILOSOPHY
A business is a reflection of the leader operating it.
Not always consciously. Not always visibly. But consistently.
The patterns shaping how a leader makes decisions under pressure, holds visibility, delegates authority, and relates to growth — these patterns find their way into the structure of the business itself. Into how systems get built or avoided. Into how teams are led. Into whether growth feels generative or depleting.
This is why strategy alone rarely solves what founders and executives are actually navigating. The external architecture and the internal one have to develop together. When they do, growth stops requiring the leader to outpace themselves to sustain it.
MY VISION
I envision a different kind of leadership than the one most of us were trained in. Not the kind that performs certainty at the expense of honest engagement, that confuses output with worth or visibility with value, or that asks leaders to abandon themselves in order to hold the role.
What I’m working toward — in my own leadership and in the work I do with others — is leadership that is genuinely embodied. Grounded in self-knowledge. Honest about the patterns underneath the decisions. Capable of building something real without the cost that kind of building usually requires.
Embodied leaders don’t just build differently. They lead differently. And that difference ripples outward into the organizations, teams, and communities around them.

The Framework
While Human Design offers a beautiful blueprint for understanding your energetic makeup, it is the soma — the felt experience of your body — that transforms information into embodiment. My work combines these frameworks to help you translate your design from concept into lived experience.
MY Origin Story
I’ve always known entrepreneurship was part of my path.
But my story began in corporate America, where I spent over two decades in marketing and leadership. I climbed the ladder, achieved the benchmarks, and checked every box of conventional success.
And beneath the achievement, something kept surfacing that I couldn’t explain strategically. My body was signaling something my mind wasn’t ready to hear. After years of overriding that signal, I finally understood what it had been trying to tell me: the version of success I had built didn’t actually belong to me. I had built it from conditioning, from pressure, from a performed identity that was never fully mine.
What I wanted wasn’t more success. It was freedom.
The freedom to show up authentically, lead intentionally, and build work that reflects who I actually am rather than who I had learned to perform.
That crossing — out of the world that fit on paper and into the work that actually belongs to me — is the same crossing I now guide others through.
What I didn’t expect was how many of the leaders I would eventually work with were carrying a version of the same story. Founders who had built something real and found themselves trapped in the weight of sustaining it. Executives navigating complexity at the highest levels while privately questioning whether the version of themselves required to hold the role was still true. High-achieving people who had built their success on patterns they had outgrown and weren’t sure what came next.
When I saw that, I understood exactly what this work was for.
The Work
My approach brings together over two decades of enterprise demand generation and strategic business expertise with deep training in somatic intelligence, NLP, shadow integration, and embodied leadership.
I’ve learned that sustainable success — the kind that doesn’t require a leader to deplete themselves to produce it — begins with honest self-knowledge and the structural clarity to build from it.
When leaders integrate both dimensions — the inner patterns and the outer architecture — what they build becomes more coherent, more sustainable, and more genuinely theirs.
