Growth that honors the leader and the business

Whether you arrive here through the work you’re building or through the leader you’re becoming, every engagement begins with where you actually are.

Two pathways. One unifying thread.

Built for leaders, businesses, and organizations who know they need to move differently and are ready to find out what that actually looks like.

The Somatic Path
Identity-level somatic leadership work for leaders in transition.

Identity, embodiment, shadow integration, and the inner crossing from a performed to authentic leadership. This is where performing stops being the advancement strategy.

Investment: $9,500

For organizations investing in senior leader development, The Threshold may also serve as a private executive leadership development engagement.

Not sure where to begin?

All pathways are available and they are not mutually exclusive. Many leaders find that strategic work opens the door to somatic work, and vice versa. Where you begin depends on where the need is most alive right now.

If you’re uncertain, the Leadership Shadow Quiz is a useful starting point. It takes three minutes and reveals the unconscious pattern most actively shaping your leadership right now.

A Few Questions Worth Asking

No. Therapy works with the past and addresses clinical mental health needs. Conventional coaching tends to optimize the existing self. The Threshold works with what is actively shaping your leadership right now — the patterns, identities, and somatic imprints that are determining how you lead and build. It moves through them rather than around them. It is not a substitute for clinical support, and I will say so directly if that’s what the situation calls for.

Yes. The Strategic Advisory supports the implementation of the roadmap the Map produces.

Beginning an advisory without that foundation means guiding a process without a clear picture of what the system actually needs. The Map is a prerequisite, not an optional first step.

The Strategic Clarity Map is a focused strategy engagement for founders, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who need clarity around the primary constraint shaping their next stage of growth.

The Strategic Demand Map evaluates how demand currently moves through your business, from positioning and visibility to conversion, lifecycle engagement, operations, and measurement.

It’s designed for founders and organizations with more complexity: multiple offers, channels, vendors, team members, or growth priorities that need to be seen together.

In most cases, yes. The somatic and strategic work inform each other rather than competing for the same attention.

The honest exception is if either engagement is which represents your most immediate now. That’s worth discussing in a discovery conversation.

If you’re asking that question seriously rather than rhetorically, then you probably are. The leaders who aren’t ready are not looking for this kind of work yet. If you’re here and you’re curious, let’s talk.
