The model that rewards performance over presence, output over alignment, and composure over honest self-knowledge is producing a specific kind of exhaustion that more strategy cannot solve.
What I have come to understand, through more than two decades of work with founders and executives, is that the leader and the business are continually shaping each other. The patterns that shape how a leader thinks, makes decisions, and inhabits their role become the architecture of what gets built around them. Sustainable growth becomes possible when the inner and outer architecture are allowed to develop together, in a coherent relationship.
My work sits at the meeting point of:
I help founders, executives, and entrepreneurs access the wisdom of their own bodies, understand the patterns shaping how they lead and build, and develop the structural clarity to grow without depleting themselves in the process.
If this is the kind of conversation you are bringing to your community, organization, or audience, I would be honored to explore what is possible.
My signature suite is an expression of a body of work that has been developed over more than two decades and refined inside the work itself. It moves through three distinct formats, each designed for a specific audience and outcome. Each engagement teaches the same essential perspective at a different depth and tempo. What you receive in one is the same substantive work that the others rest on, expressed in the form most suited to the gathering.
The Inner Architecture of Sustainable Leadership: Signature Talk
Where strategy meets the body of the person leading it.
The signature talk introduces the architecture beneath sustainable leadership to a wider audience. It is a grounded examination of the structural relationship between a leader’s inner architecture and the outer architecture of what they are building.
Most leadership conversations treat the leader and the business as two separate development projects. This talk introduces a different lens. The patterns running beneath how a leader decides, holds pressure, manages visibility, or relates to control become embedded in the business that takes shape around them. The audience receives language for what many high-functioning leaders have been sensing but have not yet been able to name, alongside a clearer view of why sustainable growth requires both an inner crossing and an outer realignment.
Ideal for founder summits, executive convenings, leadership conferences, and podcasts whose audiences are ready for a more honest conversation about leadership than the productivity genre is offering.
Format Options: Keynote (45 to 60 minutes) · Featured session (25 to 30 minutes) · Fireside or armchair conversation
Location: In person or virtual

Embodied Authority Workshop
The architecture beneath how you lead.
This workshop teaches participants how to develop embodied authority as a leadership skill. Authority that has been borrowed from a role, a credential, or consensus becomes contingent on external conditions remaining favorable. But authority that has been cultivated by understanding one’s own body, patterns, and discernment becomes a stable internal resource.
Embodied Authority is a four-hour workshop for a maximum of eight senior leaders. It is perfect for masterminds, executive cohorts, retreats, and small private gatherings where there is space for depth of the work to be integrated.
Each participant leaves with a clearer view of the unconscious pattern most active in their leadership, a working relationship to their body as a source of leadership intelligence, specific shifts they are ready to make, and a personal integration map they can carry into their work.
An optional series of post-workshop one-on-one integration sessions is available to deepen what surfaces inside the room.
Duration: Four hours, half-day intensive
Location: In person or virtual
Group Size: Maximum eight participants
Optional: Post-workshop integration sessions
Investment: Contact for details.
The Embodied Leadership Lab Corporate Training
An integrated curriculum for organizations developing leaders who can sustain what they lead.
The Embodied Leadership Lab is designed for organizations that have moved past surface-level leadership development and want their senior leaders to develop the kind of internal coherence that complexity actually requires.
The Lab unfolds across six modules. Each one teaches a specific dimension of the inner and outer architecture of leadership, and each one builds on the one before it.
It begins with the field of leadership and somatic literacy, moves through pattern recognition and the embodiment of authority, and culminates in sustainable architecture for the systems each leader is responsible for.
Organizations that invest in this curriculum notice that their senior leaders are less reactive and more discerning, strategic decisions are sharper, and the pace of organizational change is more sustainable.
Format Options: Three-day immersive intensive · Six-session series delivered over three to six months · Six-month integrated program with cohort sessions, paired peer work, and individual integration support
Location: In person or virtual
Cohort Size: Typically eight to twelve senior leaders

I feel most aligned collaborating with:
I respond best to invitations that are intentional, specific, and rooted in genuine resonance with the work. I take time with each invitation before responding, because the quality of a collaboration tends to reflect the quality of the recognition from which it begins.
If we are aligned to move forward, the next step is a conversation. If we are not aligned for this particular invitation, I will let you know with the same care. The pathway that follows each form is the same. A thoughtful response from me, an exchange that surfaces whether the alignment is genuine, and, if it is, a clear next step that protects both parties’ time and attention.
And it if you have made it this far, thank you for your consideration. The work you are creating for your community, organization, or audience matters, and the care you have taken in finding the right person to invite into it is felt. Whichever pathway is the right one for what you are building, I look forward to receiving what you have to share.
