Clarity arrives when you speak.
If you have Self-Projected Authority, your decisions are not found in logic, emotion or impulse, they are revealed through expression. Your truth lives in the sound of your voice, not in the thoughts of your mind.
You are designed to “hear” yourself into alignment. To speak is to know. Your words are mirrors that reflect the direction of your soul.
Leadership for you begins when you allow your voice to be your guide — unfiltered, unhurried and rooted in authenticity.
Letting your voice become your compass
Self-Projected Authority arises when the G Center (identity, direction and love) connects directly to the Throat Center (expression and manifestation), with no other centers defined above or below.
You are here to lead by embodying authenticity. The more aligned your environment, relationships and conversations are, the clearer your direction becomes.
Your voice is not just communication, it is your inner compass in motion. When you speak aloud to trusted allies or in reflective dialogue, your body releases what is false and amplifies what is true.
This is why “sounding boards” are essential for your process. Not for advice, but for resonance.
Your voice is your truth in motion. Speak it and the path reveals itself.
When Silence Replaces Self-Expression
The shadow appears when you suppress your truth or try to think your way to clarity. You may fear being misunderstood, judged or “too much,” and in doing so, disconnect from your innate sense of direction.
Common Leadership Distortions:
- Over-filtering your message to avoid rejection.
- Mimicking others’ voices instead of expressing your own.
- Seeking validation before speaking your truth.
When you silence yourself, you lose your direction. When you speak authentically, your energetic field re-aligns.
Leading Through Authentic Expression
In Leadership:
Your clarity emerges through conversation, storytelling and dialogue. Surround yourself with trusted allies who create safe spaces for your self-expression — people who listen without trying to fix or advise.
In Business:
Let your brand, messaging and offers express who you are, not who you think you should be. Your authority and magnetism grow when your communication feels natural, intimate and aligned with who you truly are.
In Team Dynamics:
Encourage open communication and resonance. Your leadership thrives when your team mirrors honesty and mutual respect. The more authentic your environment, the stronger your inner compass becomes.
When you speak your truth, the world naturally aligns around you.
A Simple Somatic Practice
The Resonant Voice
- Sit comfortably and take a few deep breaths.
- Place one hand over your heart and one over your throat.
- Inhale through your nose, and on the exhale, hum softly.
- Feel the vibration in your throat and chest. Then, ask yourself aloud: What do I really want right now? Speak freely without filtering or editing.
- Notice the words, tone and sensations that feel light and true versus those that feel heavy or forced.
Your voice will show you where your soul is trying to go.
